1vyn Terms & Conditions – A Clear Guide for Malaysian Players

The 1vyn platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure you satisfy all of these criteria before registering or using 1vyn's services.

Registering an account with 1vyn is free and takes less than two minutes. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of the 1vyn Terms & Conditions.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide your full name exactly as it appears on your official Malaysian identification document.
• Provide an active Malaysian mobile number that can be reached for verification purposes.
• Providing a valid email address that belongs solely to you.
• Setting a strong password and never sharing your 1vyn account password with anyone else.
• Notify 1vyn immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

1vyn reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), bank statement or other reasonable documents for identity and address verification.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your 1vyn account. 1vyn will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your account being accessed by a third party due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

The minimum deposit at 1vyn is RM 10 per transaction. 1vyn reserves the right to set daily or weekly maximum deposit limits based on your account verification level. You may set your own deposit limits through the account control panel for personal spending management purposes.

Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted for deposits into your 1vyn account. Using a payment method registered under another person's name is prohibited and may result in account suspension and withholding of your balance.

1vyn processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for most Malaysian payment methods. Funds will be credited directly to the eWallet or Malaysian bank account you have registered in your 1vyn account profile.

Withdrawal terms and conditions applicable to all 1vyn members:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals — in which case an approved alternative method may be used, subject to verification by the 1vyn team.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete 1vyn's identity verification (KYC) process by submitting the necessary documents.
• Any bonus received must meet the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before any winnings generated from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• 1vyn reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus term violations while an investigation is in progress.

1vyn does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond 1vyn's control.

The following general bonus principles apply at 1vyn unless otherwise specified in the relevant bonus terms:

• All game outcomes on 1vyn are final and non-disputable unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure (server outage, disconnection) during gameplay, 1vyn will attempt to restore the state of the affected round. If restoration is not possible, the relevant stake will be returned to your account balance.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited at 1vyn.

• Money Laundering: Using the 1vyn platform to process or conceal illegally obtained funds. 1vyn will report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or operating more than one account on 1vyn to claim repeated bonuses or circumvent account limits.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcomes of multiplayer games.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, bug, or system vulnerability on 1vyn to gain an unfair advantage.
• System Disruption: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the 1vyn platform.
• Invalid Cashback: Initiating a chargeback request through your bank or payment provider after playing at 1vyn.

1vyn employs a sophisticated detection system to identify suspicious behaviour. Any confirmed violation will result in immediate account closure without refund of remaining balance, and may be followed by legal action where necessary.

1vyn reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and for reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or at the request of the relevant authorities.

You also have the right to close your 1vyn account at any time by contacting the 1vyn support team. Any valid balance (excluding bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you following the necessary verification process.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 1vyn reserves the right to forfeit the entire remaining balance in that account as a penalty. 1vyn's decision in such matters is final.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming can use the Temporary Self-Exclusion feature within the 1vyn account control panel, without having to permanently close their account.

The 1vyn platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While 1vyn strives to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, we make no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or fully meet your expectations.

1vyn shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the 1vyn platform.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond 1vyn's control, including internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or the actions of third parties.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to act on inaccurate information obtained from external sources not recognised by 1vyn.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, even where 1vyn has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

1vyn's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
